About Mirror Mind
The person behind the mirror.
Mirror Mind was built by someone who lost years to the exact problem it now solves — and made sure no one else has to.
Everyone taught me what to study. No one taught me what to change in myself. That blind spot cost me six years — and closing it for others is why Mirror Mind exists.
Why Mirror Mind exists

Hard truth, warm intent.
Meet Adithya Swaroop Chatrati.
For six years, I had one goal: to become an IAS officer. I gave it six honest attempts. I studied everything they told me to study — and it still didn’t come.
The hardest part came afterward. My career assessment had said the path genuinely suited me — but a few parameters, the inner ones, weren’t quite there. A trainer finally put it plainly: “if you’d worked on these, you’d likely have cleared.” Six years, and no one had ever shown me what to change in myself. Every institute sold material. None of them sold clarity.
I moved into software for the money, not the interest — and spent two years and eight months in it, restless, knowing it wasn’t mine.
When I finally looked properly, a career assessment pointed me to what actually fit: career analyst, trainer, coach. That’s where I began rebuilding — and for the first time, the work is genuinely mine. I’m happy now.
That’s what Mirror Mind is for: helping people understand their right career fit, so they save years of time and energy. Clarity is the first step — even before you invest lakhs in preparation. Hard truth, warm intent.
The road here.
The dream
Six attempts at one dream
I wanted to become an IAS officer — genuinely, my own dream, not one handed to me. Over six years, I gave it six honest attempts.
The missing piece
What no one told me
My career assessment said the path suited me — but some inner parameters weren’t up to the mark. I only heard that after six years, from a trainer: “if you’d improved these, you’d have cleared.” Every institute sold material. None showed me what to change in myself.
The detour
Software, for the money
With UPSC behind me, I took a software job purely for the paycheck. Two years and eight months in, quietly vexed, I knew it wasn’t mine.
2022
The first pull
The same kind of assessment that came too late for UPSC finally pointed me to my fit — analyst, trainer, coach. I started guiding others part-time, and it never quite felt like work.
